Accessibility for the Aged for services

Just at the period of life when we the Aged are more dependent on various services than ever before, the means of communication are almost inaccessible to many of them because of the cyber world we live in. The assumption that everybody has someone to assist them is an illusion. I would say there is urgent need to for our technological gifted fellow citizens to solve this problem.
